• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and EFT.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or delay in service delivery.

We understand that plans can change:

• For cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee applies.
• For cancellations under 48 hours, a partial fee may be charged.
• Refunds are not provided after a completed site inspection.

We stand by the quality of our assessments and advice.
